Je profite d’un parcours professionnel varié chez Glory. J’ai commencé comme technicien après-vente, en installant, maintenant et dépannant deux produits clés de Glory. J’ai ensuite évolué vers un poste de technicien déploiement, en gérant les installations et les formations. Aujourd’hui, je suis fier de me présenter comme chef de produit matériel, en développant la documentation de support et en promouvant les solutions clés cashinfinity™ de Glory pour le secteur du retail.

I began at Glory as a graduate trainee working in Business Development and Marketing, before quickly moving into sales and sales management roles. Today, I head a team of almost 700 people running the regional sales and service business for the Asia Pacific region.

Variety has been a big word for me at Glory. After starting out in sales operations I progressed to sales, followed by a supply chain role. This saw me working on a global IT project, and travelling extensively across many of Glory’s regions. That experience has ultimately equipped me for the Global Marketing role I enjoy today.

One aspect of my role that I love is when, following the detailed development and review phase, I receive the equipment prototypes. That is the moment when the fruits of all the creative efforts invested in the earlier stages come to fruition. This phase gives me a lot of gratification and pleasure - and spurs me on to give my all at work. I’m proud to be part of a multi-talented technical team. We fuse skills, work quickly and produce phenomenal results.
