ROLE PURPOSE
The Sales Operations Specialist is a critical link between the development and the execution of the sales strategy and go-to market strategy.  The main function of this role is to help increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by reducing friction in the sales process and enabling management to make better sales decisions based on data.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Customer Satisfaction and Portfolio Management
·       Accelerate Customer Satisfaction by support the setting-up of Partner Program Mexico, to be the trusted leaders in the industry 
·       Understand the role of technology in the customer’s current business process and make a projection of a potential Glory & Acrelec portfolio that fits with the main customers´ needs 
 
 
Drive Customer Development
·       Drive Customer Development strategies focused on win with Partners by strengthening relationships with key stakeholders on Financial Institutions, Retail and CPG industries. 
·       Develop and manage complex sales proposals which integrate different technology opportunities
·       Ensure a multistakeholder environment internal and external with the aim of deliver strong sales proposals to customers. With the right calibration of risk, feasibility, cost and timescales 
·       Develop and lead a 360 review by Quarter, for each customer including the KPIs results
·       Ensure high quality account planning and it’s on time delivery with the aim to maximize the potential of business
·       Actively contribute to the development of the team, taking opportunities to share, influence and learn from each other; proactively capture all business opportunities with a view to providing high value solutions
 
Deliver Business Development
·       Account Team Management for size and develop customers´ solutions that bring confidence with C-Level and Business Decision Makers across organizations
·       Develop and validate a joint business plan in each account, to ensure alignment within the customers and the sized of new business opportunity
·       Provide a monthly revenue forecast for each account
 
Deliver Business Effectiveness and Efficiency
·       Contribute to the continual development of the sales and marketing plan, focusing on maximum market penetration and profitability
·       Facilitate the successful execution of the Buy Cycle Funnel, 7 Step Selling process, Target Opportunity Reviews, Funnel Audits, and Forecasts
·       Manage the deployment and usage of CRM, update it weekly
·       Monitor performance of the customers’ KPIs

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
·       Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or master’s degree is a plus
 
Qualifications: 
·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales analysis, trade Marketing, financial analysis, portfolio management, business to business, strategic planning  
·       English (fluent) – is a must
