As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of GLORY. As a member of the GLORY Field Service team, you will be empowered to: · Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients · Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment · Track and manage parts/tools · Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment PAY RANGE: · $20 - $27 an hour · Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. WORK SCHEDULE: · Days: Thursday - Sunday · Time: Thursday and Friday 2 pm - 11 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm

Propósito del Puesto El Supervisor de Servicios de Campo es responsable de supervisar la operación técnica en su región asignada , asegurando la correcta ejecución de los servicios de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo, el cumplimiento de los SLA contractuales y la eficiencia operativa del equipo de técnicos de campo. El puesto requiere conocimiento completo de la región bajo su responsabilidad, incluyendo la base instalada de equipos, volumen de incidencias, desempeño técnico del equipo, cumplimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y análisis de causas de fallas. El Supervisor de Servicios de Campo supervisa directamente a los técnicos de servicio , asegurando disciplina operativa, cumplimiento de estándares técnicos, acompañamiento técnico en campo y altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente. La posición requiere presencia frecuente en campo para supervisión directa del trabajo técnico , incluyendo acompañamiento a técnicos durante intervenciones críticas, auditorías técnicas y verificación de calidad de servicio. Objetivos principales: · Asegurar el cumplimiento de los SLA contractuales en su región. · Supervisar la correcta ejecución de servicios correctivos y preventivos. · Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de técnicos de campo. · Monitorear indicadores operativos y asegurar mejora continua del desempeño técnico. · Asegurar la calidad técnica de las intervenciones en campo. · Promover disciplina operativa, responsabilidad y orientación al cliente. · Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos operativos y desempeño técnico.

ROLE PURPOSE This role is part of the software team and primarily involves managing, providing support, and offering advice for post implementation issues. It also handles the rollout of the new implementation and user training to the customers.
