Responsible Supply Chain Management
Glory Global Solutions is committed to working with suppliers who share our standards for responsible, ethical and secure supply chain practices. As part of the wider GLORY Group, we recognise suppliers as important business partners and aim to build relationships based on trust, transparency, compliance and mutual growth.
Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate, maintain appropriate controls to protect goods, information and people, and support Glory’s commitment to a legally transparent and responsible supply chain. Where relevant, suppliers should also ensure that their own subcontractors and business partners understand and follow equivalent standards.

Cybersecurity and Information Protection
Glory Global Solutions expects suppliers to apply appropriate cybersecurity and information protection measures to safeguard systems, data, products and services connected to Glory’s business. This includes taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, malware, data loss, disruption or misuse of confidential information.
Suppliers should maintain suitable administrative, technical and physical controls, provide awareness and training where appropriate, and promptly notify Glory of any actual or suspected incident that could affect Glory information, systems, products, customers or employees. Suppliers may also be asked to provide evidence of their security controls or complete supplier assurance checks as part of Glory’s responsible procurement activities.

Privacy and Data Protection
Glory Global Solutions values the privacy of employees, customers, suppliers and other third parties. Suppliers that process personal data on behalf of Glory must handle that information responsibly and in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and other relevant regional requirements where applicable. Suppliers are expected to protect personal data using appropriate safeguards, use it only for authorised purposes, and comply with any contractual data protection obligations agreed with Glory.
