I’m enjoying a varied career path with Glory. I started as an After-Sales Service Technician, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting two key Glory products. I advanced to Deployment Technician, managing installation and training operations. I’m now proud to call myself a Hardware Product Manager, developing support documentation for and promoting Glory’s key CASHINFINITYTM solutions for retail.
Ben Thorpe
I began at Glory as a graduate trainee working in Business Development and Marketing, before quickly moving into sales and sales management roles. Today, I head a team of almost 700 people running the regional sales and service business for the Asia Pacific region.
Emily Blake
Variety has been a big word for me at Glory. After starting out in sales operations I progressed to sales, followed by a supply chain role. This saw me working on a global IT project, and travelling extensively across many of Glory’s regions. That experience has ultimately equipped me for the Global Marketing role I enjoy today.
Filipe Fernandes
One aspect of my role that I love is when, following the detailed development and review phase, I receive the equipment prototypes. That is the moment when the fruits of all the creative efforts invested in the earlier stages come to fruition. This phase gives me a lot of gratification and pleasure - and spurs me on to give my all at work. I’m proud to be part of a multi-talented technical team. We fuse skills, work quickly and produce phenomenal results.

Glory’s career development pathway is both structured and meaningful. Every week my manager and I discuss my current role: both the challenges and opportunities. Here, the focus is on the many opportunities ahead, so the conversation feels very different to an annual review

My journey with Glory started in 2016 when the EMEA Distribution Center was founded. My role has evolved since then and I’ve grown with and within the organisation. This led to my appointment as European Master Distribution Centre Site Manager. Ultimately, I was promoted to EMEA Supply Chain Manager, a role which I thoroughly enjoy.
Natalia Blanco
I’ve come a long way. When I first started at Glory as a Field Service Engineer I was a bit apprehensive: I had no experience and I was one of the few female Field Service Engineers in the company.
Patrick Limon
In 2022 I was promoted to Software Solutions Architect at Glory. Before that, I’d worked in software support, product support and operations. I’m proud to work for the world leader in developing and manufacturing cash handling systems.
Peter Walker
About two years ago I became a Software Solution Consultant in New Zealand, an interesting and challenging promotion from being a Field Service Engineer. My new role is extremely varied: it sees me supporting Sales with customers old and new, upgrading processes, delivering customer support, helping the Service Desk and maintaining online network coverage.
Vineet Bansal
In 2013 I joined Glory as a Senior Field Service Engineer and my role and responsibilities have changed many times since then. When I began, the engineering team was newly established and I quickly gained various additional responsibilities.
