Glory’s TellerInfinity™ Assisted Service Solution Achieves Certification with Antuar’s inBranch Software

Basingstoke, September 29, 2017 - Glory today announced the certification of its TellerInfinity™ solution with Antuar, a leading supplier of innovative branch software solutions to banks and other financial institutions.

TellerInfinity, Glory’s assisted service solution, enables a wide range of physical media and client assistance services previously only possible through a human teller.  When deployed with Antuar’s inBranch software suite, TellerInfinity provides new ibranch service opportunities for financial institutions, by linking on-line and mobile banking plus on-site digital marketing and queue management systems, across their branch network.

Formed in 2012, Antuar delivers innovative branch banking software to banks around the world.  Its proven inBranch software enables banks to improve the metrics across cost, revenue and customer satisfaction, coupled with the business intelligence to track and monitor these metrics.

When partnered with Antuar’s inBranch Kiosk application, Glory’s TellerInfinity solution supports many different customer services, including cash withdrawal, cash deposit, note/coin recycling and check deposit, as well as account transfers, loan or bill payment, statement review and printing, and many other customer services.  A key feature of inBranch provides connectivity to roving bank staff equipped with tablets, to notify them of the need for customer support when required.

In the hyper-competitive environment of banking, changes in branch traffic are causing banks to re-assess the role of the branch.  Banks are restructuring branches to deliver excellent customer service in a more cost-effective way, while releasing staff to provide consultation and support to customers seeking financial advice.
