Glory Global Solutions Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of GLORY Ltd. [TYO:6457], has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of REV Ventures LLC, aka Reevex, a leader in creating secure self-service and kiosk transaction software.
Atlanta, Georgia-based Reevex develops software solutions that address consumers’ and business’s needs for secure physical transactions. With nearly 15 years’ experience designing intuitive user interfaces and applications for self- and assisted-service devices, Reevex creates positive customer experiences without the need for staff intervention.
Reevex solutions are deployed across multiple industries including retailers, financial institutions, and government facilities. Their DYNAMIX software suite has been deployed across thousands of kiosks, supporting millions of transactions, and transmitting billions of dollars, bridging the critical gap between physical cash payments and digital transactions. Reevex was a pioneer in self-service check deposit and issuance, multi-account servicing through kiosk, and is now delivering cutting edge connectivity and functionality in assisted service transactions.
