Glory’s new teller-assisted service solution enables unified banking experience and optimized cash management for Beyond Bank and its members.
Basingstoke, UK – November 09, 2015 – Beyond Bank, one of Australia’s largest customer owned banks, have partnered with Glory Global Solutions, leader in secure cash management solutions, to introduce the first TellerInfinity™ teller-assisted service solution into their busy Waymouth Street branch in Adelaide. Referred to locally as “Gloria”, the TellerInfinity™ solution merges many of the transactions performed by a teller, online and via an ATM, into one in-store device delivering a better branch experience for Beyond Bank’s members.
TellerInfinity™ seamlessly integrates with branch processes, managing transactions more quickly and efficiently, and offering a unique balance of self-service and personal interaction. Members are able to undertake transactions such as multi denomination cash withdrawals, note, coin and cheque deposits, bill payments and account transfers, obtaining assistance from a bank representative if and when required. Monitoring multiple devices from one tablet, the attendant can not only lend a hand but consult account details to alert users to other services, products and promotions that best suit their needs.

The branch remains the principal face-to-face contact point for members but new realities are leading innovative banks to consider solutions that manage transactions more quickly and efficiently, enable staff to dedicate more time to sales opportunities and deliver higher levels of customer satisfaction.
