Akihiro Harda
Akihiro Harada
Chief Executive Officer

Harada san took up the position of Chief Executive Officer of GGS in April 2016. Having joined GLORY Ltd. in 1985, Harada san brings an enormous amount of industry knowledge and experience to the company, with a focus to drive the international business forward, through further unification, achieving long-term growth plans and maintaining support of valued customers around the world.

Since joining GLORY Ltd. Harada san has worked in a number of areas across the business and has been key in establishing a new factory in Saitama and logistics center operations in Japan. Between 1998 and 2005 he went from Head of Parts Manufacturing Department of Himeji Factory to Head of Production Engineering and also served as a Director of a number of manufacturing subsidiaries. Responsible for new products, new projects and product cost down programs at this time, Harada san developed a medium-term strategic plan for all GLORY factories.

More recently, he was the President of GLORY’s factory in the Philippines from 2006 and 2008, and took up the role of Head of Management Planning Department before moving to the UK in 2012 to lead the integration of GLORY and Talaris. Harada san has been Chairman of GGS since April 2015 and a GLORY Ltd. board member since June 2015.

Michael Williams
Michael Williams
Chief Financial Officer

CFO since May 2014, Michael Williams joined Glory Global Solutions from Hitachi, where he was most recently European Finance Director. Michael’s extensive Finance experience has included consistent delivery of growth and profitability in established global businesses as well as that of large-scale projects such as mergers, acquisitions and divestments. ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Michael has led technical accounting conversion projects, process efficiency drives and IT implementations. He has also been instrumental in developing and bringing to market start-up solution businesses. He has experience across a range of sectors including retail, rail, manufacturing, leasing and motor.

 Vincent Nakache
Vincent Nakache
President, EMEA

Vincent was appointed President EMEA in April 2016 and is responsible for running all the company’s operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa including direct and indirect operations in over 100 countries with over 1000 staff. Vincent is also an Executive Officer of GLORY Ltd.

After graduating from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris, where he obtained a Masters in Management, Vincent started his career at Xerox as a Sales Executive. He was the top Regional Sales Representative for three years before promotion to management. He left Xerox in 1990 to undertake a consultancy position for Learning International. Vincent joined De La Rue in late 1991, where he spent 17 years gaining extensive company and industry experience across a wide range of roles including Sales and Marketing Director, progressing to Managing Director of De La Rue France in April 2000. In 2008, Vincent was part of the team who led the management buy-out to form Talaris and became President, EU Region.

Chris Reagan
Chris Reagan
President, Americas

Chris is responsible for all operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America. As President, Chris is responsible for Glory Global Solutions’ overall business strategy, from Sales and Marketing programs to Field Service operations and Business Development initiatives.

Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Texas State University and brings 30 years of industry experience to his current position. Prior to joining Glory, he was one of six individuals that engineered a management led buy-out (with the support of The Carlyle Group) of the Talaris business unit from De La Rue PLC. He joined De la Rue Cash Systems in March 2005 as the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, where his leadership ushered in a double digit compound annual growth rate. Prior to that, Chris worked for Deluxe Corporation, where he was responsible for $1.2 billion in revenue and a Sales, Marketing and Support organisation of more than 800 direct employees and more than 600 indirect representatives.

Tetsuya Bogaki

Executive Vice President, Global Commercial Sales

Bogaki san was appointed EVP, Global Commercial Sales in April 2016 and is responsible for Glory Global Solutions Central Marketing, Sales Administration Support and Strategic Customer Support projects.

Bogaki san started his career as an IT Engineer at GLORY Ltd. in 1986, after graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University. In his first role, Bogaki san reformed the GLORY factory MRP system and went on to be appointed Marketing Manager for GLORY’s domestic gaming business in 1994. In that role he generated a new CRM solution and helped GLORY become one of the leading companies in the Japanese gaming market. Bogaki san was promoted to lead the GLORY Group System Development Department in 2009, where he directed system development projects for the financial, retail, gaming markets and key overseas customers. He was invited to join Glory Global Solutions in 2014 due to his extensive knowledge of GLORY products and project management expertise.

Michael Bielamowicz

Executive Vice President, Director- Global Solutions

Mike is a member of the Main Board and Executive Committee and is responsible for guiding Glory Global Solutions’ hardware and software technology roadmap, creating product and software solutions that deliver real, measurable value for our clients. He also leads our 1,300-member global Customer Services team, ensuring that our clients receive the very best experience we can deliver – every day.

In his 20 years with Glory Global Solutions (and predecessor companies Talaris and De La Rue), Mike has served in various leadership roles in North American Direct and Indirect Sales, Customer Services, and global roles as noted above. He has managed a number of business integration efforts around the world during our growth to $2B in global revenue. Prior to joining the company in 1995, he spent 10 years in the electronic security industry with Kastle Systems, an innovator in outsourced security management. Mike received his BA degree from Rice University, Houston, Texas.

Masato Ishida

Executive Director, Glory Global Solutions

Ishida san took up the position of Executive Director of Glory Global Solutions in April 2015 and is in charge of the Global Supply Chain Management organisation leading various projects including the transfer of manufacturing to Europe and establishing a master parts distribution centre in China. Ishida san is also a Managing Director of GLORY Ltd.

Having graduated from Kansai University with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce in 1985 and joined GLORY Ltd. as the Corporate Magazine Editor. In 1995, he began working as a Logistics Manager for GLORY USA Inc. where he was in charge of SCM including forecasting, logistics, production planning and inventory management. By 2004 Ishida san was President of GLORY USA Inc. leading the entire organisation and delivering a successful restructuring and recovery over three years reversing significant losses prior to his appointment. Most recently, Ishida san has worked as General Manager of Global HR Operations for GGS.

Henry Mouri

President, OEM

In his role as President of the Glory Global Solutions worldwide OEM business, Henry is responsible for overall strategic direction and growth with an on-going focus on manufacturing, quality and efficiency to ensure that GLORY’s OEM partners can continue to compete in the global ATM and kiosk marketplace.

Henry joined GLORY Ltd in 1982 after graduating from Kobe University. With a track record of high achievement in a number of international roles across the GLORY business, Henry worked as National Service Manager at GLORY (USA) Inc. from 1985 until 1993 before serving as General Marketing Manager between 1999 and 2007. Henry has extensive knowledge across the GLORY product range from note and coin counters to casino kiosks and teller automation solutions. Henry returned to Japan in 2007 to work in a senior role in the International Sales Department.

Martin Rose

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Martin is an international lawyer managing the Legal, Intellectual Property and Risk Teams within Glory Global Solutions.

Martin has an extensive background in international acquisitions and in negotiating significant product sales and service orders with large multi-national and blue chip clients, private and state-owned banks and multi-national retailers.

He has worked at several leading international law firms and held a number of senior legal positions within global private equity portfolio companies, prior to joining the organisation in early 2008. Passionate and energetic, Martin brings a wealth of international experience to legal, compliance and governance matters within Glory Global Solutions.

Sion Roberts
Siôn Roberts
Executive Vice President, Global Retail

In his role as EVP Global Retail, Siôn is responsible for defining and delivering Glory Global Solutions' Retail Strategy worldwide. He brings over twenty five years’ experience in the Information Technology sector, most of which has been gained selling and delivering technology based solutions within the international Retail Industry, specifically store solutions.

With an MBA from the University of Liverpool, Siôn originally started out as a Software Engineer in Point of Sale and retail store systems. Siôn has successfully held roles across technical/development management, consulting, sales/marketing and commercial/executive roles within a number of large and small global organisations. Prior to joining Glory Global Solutions, Siôn was Group CEO at software consulting firm Ivar Jacobson International, and has previously worked for Electronic Data Systems (a division of HP) and ICL (now Fujitsu Services) in senior international management positions. At Fujitsu, he formed a new global business unit focused on in-store interactive technology and electronic/mobile commerce.

Ben Thorpe

Managing Director, Asia Pacific

As Managing Director of Asia Pacific, Ben is responsible for the successful strategic direction of the local offices, engaging with retailers, banks, security companies and regulators across the region to drive significant growth for Glory Global Solutions.

Ben has a degree from Cambridge University and prior to taking on his current role was Director of Global Marketing and Strategy working with business partners and regional teams to develop the strategy for the enlarged Glory Global Solutions organisation. Ben was part of the core team integrating the GLORY and Talaris businesses using his experience from living and working in Asia for 17 years, latterly as Talaris’ Managing Director Asia Pacific, to help create Glory Global Solutions.

Nobuyuki Nose

President, China

Nose san was appointed President of China Operations in April 2016 having served as Chairman of Glory Global Solutions Shanghai. Leading GLORY’s business in China, Nose san is responsible for strategic growth in the region.

Nose san joined GLORY Ltd in 1993, having graduated from Osaka University. He began his career in the manufacturing division and became the Director and General Affairs Manager of GLORY Products 10 years later. In recognition of Nose san’s extensive experience in manufacturing, he was appointed President of GLORY Denshi Kogyo (Suzhou) Ltd, the manufacturing subsidiary in China, in 2006. Under his leadership, China’s business entered a period of significant growth. After 4 years in China, Nose san returned to Japan, taking on leadership roles in Human Resources and more recently Legal Affairs. Nose san’s valuable past experience in China serves him well in his current role.

Tim Jordan

Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources

Tim was appointed EVP, Global Human Resources in October 2015. Leading Glory Global Solutions HR Function, Tim is responsible for HR Strategy, Total Rewards, Organisation Development, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, HR Systems and Recruiting.

Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from the Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the Northern Illinois University. Tim joined De La Rue in 2006 as the Director, Human Resources for North America having built up 30 years of experience in positions of progressive responsibilities in Human Resources, Marketing, Operations and General Management from numerous industries.
